About this image

Today's VIS image shows the inner rim of an unnamed crater on the western margin of Daedalia Planum. Numerous dark streaks are visible on the faces of the inner rim. A possible mode of formation of these features is the down slope movement of a block/rock that disturbs the surface dust revealing the darker rock beneath.
