Today's VIS image shows sections of Maja Valles (bottom of image) and Maumee Valles (middle to top of image). Maja Valles starts in Juventae Chasma, while Maumee Valles arises in Lunae Planum. Both drain into the lowlands of Chryse Planitia. Maja Valles is 1600 km (1000 miles) long. Maumee Valles is 390km (242 miles) long.
